Guinness Beef Stew Topped With Chive Mashed Potatoes Is Back

The Port City Sandwich of Newburyport MA has brought back a favorite of mine.  It is their famous Guinness beef stew topped with chive mashed potatoes. I have had it in the past and consider it really good. One can order to go or one can eat in. It is a little place with lots of character and the service is really good.
