Here is the food served at the First Friday Fellowship at the
Custom House Maritime Museum in
Newburyport MA. The port of call that the food is based on is Turkey. The food was very popular. It was created by Sheila Mullins - a member of the CHMM and a private cook.
The description is below the dish. It shows food missing since by the time I was able to take photos, people were already in line and enjoying the food.
